Senior Project Managers
The successful candidate will have managed large scale projects throughout all phases of the engagement life cycle including implementation, delivery and completion and be well versed in using established project management methodologies.
The role will involve managing multiple technical projects of varying complexities and dealing with teams based in multiple locations, controlling client relationship management issues, defining specifications, scope, estimating and cost and project plans.
 
Must Skills:

Senior Network Engineers

Qualifications include a BSCS, BSIT, or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of working experience in providing regional and enterprise network engineering and operations support. A strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in Cisco networking products in LAN, WAN, Security, Firewalls is required.  You must be independent, pro-active, and have a strong team work spirit.  You must posses leadership quality and be able to work with all levels of people.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide telecom and network infrastructure support.
  • Provide network administration/operation support, network architecture and engineering design.
  • Provide network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Provide tier II network support and problem escalation.
  • Be responsible for network security, network performance monitoring, network reporting, data center and cabling infrastructures upgrade and support.
  • Focus on continuous upgrades in support processes, operating standard and efficiency improvement.
  • Manage network services provided by local/regional/corporate network service providers.
  • Provide a strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing high network availability.
  • Work as an expert resource for IT and customer groups, providing business solutions that align to business goals and objectives.
  • Identify, research, evaluate and recommend network related tools and emerging network technologies.

Must Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, GRE, IPSec, POS, PPP, VRRP, HSRP, and SNMP protocols.
  • Must have superior network routing protocol troubleshooting skills (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and MPLS)
  • Experience with standard network change management and configuration policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of network monitoring and other network administrative tools.

Senior Java Developer   

Office Location:  Elkridge, Maryland

ISmart is looking for bright, highly technical, enthusiastic and hard working individuals to complement our Enterprise Solutions team in our Maryland office. Good communication and writing skills are a must.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist business units by refining requirements in support of architectural and technical capabilities.
  • Support business development team in preparation of proposals and other RFP related activities.
  • Lead development on projects and mentor junior-level staff.
  • Define, document, and communicate technical and architectural requirements for current and next-generation systems.
  • Ability to create accurate resource estimates for development based activities.
  • Provide a variety of software development life cycle activities including requirements definition, development, release, project management, configuration management,
    quality assurance, and application administration functions.
  • Maintain accurate procedures and technical documentation.

Individual in this position must possess the following:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Java and J2EE programming
  • Experience with WebLogic or JBoss.
  • Experience with Web services.
  • Experience with UI design, Swing and JSP.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with databases including Oralce and MySQL.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Web servers including Apache.
  • Knowledge in performing software requirement analysis, software design and quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge and experience with J2ME and C++ will be considered a plus.

 

 

Senior .NET Developer 

Office Location:  Elkridge, Maryland

  • Extensive knowledge and solid experience with web services and service-oriented architecture

Professional-level experience in development and architecture using Microsoft platform:

  • .NET framework
  • C#, JavaScript, VBScript
  • ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XLST
  • COM, COM+, COM Interoperability
  • SQL Server Development
  • MCSD is a plus
  • Knowledge of IIS a plus
